Connecting Your ERP/CRM

Besides uploaded documents, AskDiana can query live business systems directly. Today that means Odoo, with more integrations planned.

Solutions menu​

Click Solutions in the top bar to see which integrations are available for your instance. Currently: Odoo ERP.

Choosing what a question queries​

In the chat box, the Knowledge dropdown lets you pick what a question should search:

  • Knowledge — your uploaded documents (the default)
  • Odoo ERP — your live Odoo data

Connecting an on-prem system​

Click Connect on-prem (next to the Knowledge dropdown, or via the Data sources page) to link AskDiana to a system that isn't publicly reachable — your own network, not the cloud. The flow is:

  1. Pair — install and enable the AskDiana Proxy browser extension, then click Pair again on the Data Sources page. This is a separate extension from the AskDiana chat extension — it exists specifically to bridge AskDiana to systems on your local network.
  2. Connect ERP — once paired, point it at your Odoo (or other) instance.
  3. Ask — your questions can now draw on that live system.

If pairing isn't working, the Data Sources page has a Copy ERP diagnostics button — grab that and raise a support request with it attached.
